Who We Are
Inspired during her time as a college and career advisor at two Coastal Bend high schools, our founder, Elizabeth Watson, noticed a lack of support for students from first-generation families and families of lower socioeconomic status. In an effort to bridge that gap, she founded EmpowerEd Advising to deliver quality advising for college admissions and career attainment. While working on her Master of Education in Student Development and Leadership in Higher Education, Elizabeth works full-time as a Dual Enrollment Coordinator where she assists high school students with advising, outreach, and registration for dual credit classes. Elizabeth looks forward to meeting with you!
